We
will send you a copy of this information before you stay at the Cottage. Please bring it with you when you go to Tranquil
Times Cottage .
Included
In Your Rental:
Dishes and Appliances: The Cottage has a dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic stove top, regular+convection oven,
toaster, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, baking equipment, and all necessary dishes, glasses, pots, pans,
and flatware.
Blankets and Comforters: The cottage has four bedrooms, each supplied with comforters and
blankets. We do not supply pillows or bed linens.Each bed has sanitary plastic mattress covers which we request not be removed.
Beach Chairs: We supply beach and lounge chairs.
Cleaning: We perform normal housekeeping services at
the end of your stay. Normal housekeeping does not include washing dishes, pots and pans, cleaning the BBQ grill,
removing food from cupboards, refridgerator/freezer, or putting out garbage.
Pet Policy: Tranquil Times does not allow pets.
Inside the Cottage:
We are
on a septic system, therefore we request only one-ply toilet tissue and please no sanitary pads or diapers since these are
not broken down and stop the septic tank from functioning.
Work
Space: All the work space in the kitchen is Formica. Please do not cut directly on the counter. Cutting boards
are provided.
Blinds and Cutains: Since wind can damage the curtains and shades, when windows are open,
please be sure that shades are pulled up and curtains are pulled back.
Smoking: There is NO SMOKING in the cottage. Containers for cigarette
butts are provided at the dock and on the deck levels.
Outside the Cottage:
Grounds: Please do
not throw bottles, cigarette butts,or other litter on the grounds. There is an outdoor firepit on the premises for
your use. Use it for outdoor fires - do not buid a fire on any other part of the property. Make sure the fire pit is extinguished
before retiring and before leaving the property.
BBQ: Make sure BBQ is turned off after each use. Please
clean the grill after using.
Use of Canoe: The canoe at the dock is for the use of our
guests. After use please remove it from the water and turn upside down to protect it from the elements.
Each person using the canoe is required to wear a life jacket. Life jackets are provided.

privacy of our neighbours by adhering to property boundaries belonging to Tranquil Times Cottage.
Check In and Check Out Times: Check in time
is 3.00pm. on day of arrival. Check out time is 10.00am. on the day of your departure. These are enforced arrival and departure
times unless otherwise arranged.
